About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, 12-month max term capacity based at our Melbourne CBD head office.
This position is a key support to the broader HR team as well as employees, managers and supervisors across the business. Each day is different with a variety of tasks to manage including providing generalist HR advice, administrative support, drafting letters and other documentation and being the first point of contact for general HR queries. A key component of this role includes HRIS administration, including becoming the HR team ‘super user’ and the subject matter expert on the system and associated processes.
What you’ll deliver:
- Use your keen eye for detail to provide high level HR related administrative support to HR team and key stakeholders.
- Assist to develop, review and maintain HR related documents including policies, procedures and quick reference guides.
- Raise purchase orders and ensuring in the accurate processing of invoices for the HR team.
- Establish and maintain strong effective partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide general HR advice on company policy and procedure.
- Deliver high quality and accurate HR customer service, including providing general HR advice on company policy and procedure.
- Act as the SuccessFactors, People Central (HRIS) subject matter expert.
- In conjunction with the Remuneration Specialist, compete job evaluations and provide evaluation advice to the HR team and key business stakeholders when required.
To succeed in the role, you’ll have:
- Degree qualified in one of: Business, Human Resources, Employment Law, or Industrial Relations.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced business environment, preferably in a large organisation with an understanding of business processes and how to complete tasks in a multi-layered environment.
- Recognised as someone who is organised, can get things done, respond quickly and thrives in a busy and action-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated experience using a variety of IT systems with an aptitude for systems and process thinking.
- Exceptional numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
- A process improvement mindset with a keen interest in generative AI.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capabilities.
