About the Role
We are thrilled to be expanding our team with individuals that love being in a fast-paced environment, have excellent stakeholder management skills, and have exceptional customer service skills.
Working as part of larger supportive team, this will engage with customers to provide advice, support project applications, and ensure that compliance requirements are met. This role has some technical aspects which you will receive full training on. You will rely on your excellent interpersonal skills as well as your ability to look for process improvements and initiates to excel in this role.
Each day you will use a wide range of skills and be able to join a supportive team with hybrid working options available to you after an initial training period.
Please note that these opportunities are employed on a casual basis through one of our Agency providers, working full time hours, and you will receive an exceptional hourly rate of $64.40 plus superannuation. There is also hybrid working arrangements available after a period of training has been successfully completed, you may be able to work from home up to 5 days a fortnight.

To secure one of these highly sought-after positions, you will possess
- Successful completion of VCE or equivalent, or relevant electrical industry experience and demonstrated work experience in a similar type of role
- An ability to learn about the electricity distribution industry, as well as the relevant policies, principles, and modelling principles associated with this role
- Be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, stakeholder management skills and a drive to see cases through from start to finish
- Be an effective negotiator, be able to have tough conversations, be passionate about delivering best results, and love working in an interesting team
